Hosting this month’s Melbourne, Australia lunch at the Grand Hyatt made for a¬†delightful setting in Collins Kitchen. Lunch was a modern buffet style where we were able to walk around the large open kitchen setting and select foods both pre-prepared or discuss selections with the chefs who were only too happy to make something to order. From sushi, salads, seafood, cooked meats and vegetables, Asian dumpling offerings and a decadent dessert bar. Collins Kitchen had something for everyone.
